KALE//BACON'S STORY

KALE//BACON is creating a new type of dining experience, in an atmosphere where people can experiment with different flavours. KALE//BACON is the answer to a problem we experienced as a family dining out. Composed of plant-based eaters and meat eaters alike, we couldn't find a restaurant experience where one or the other didn't have to sacrifice a positive culinary experience.

From this we created a menu that caters to both the plant-based and meat eaters. You can enjoy KALE//BACON for its neighborhood family restaurant feel, as well as its late night meals and drinks. We use a unique blend of cooking techniques; from our hearth oven, our wok, to our multi-functional smoking and steaming oven, our international flavours are sure to amaze.

KALE//BACON's chef has extensive training in Cordon Bleu cuisine as a classically trained French chef, as well as experience training in South East Asia. This joining of many worlds to create the KALE//BACON menu is sure to make it an iconic Montreal eatery.
